Manah Siksa and the section about 'Anartha-nivrtti' from Madhurya Kadambini - understand these very thoroughly. After this, when lust, anger, greed, attachment, pride and envy will go away then one will not commit offences to the holy name, Vaisnavas, while doing seva, etc. Only then can one enter the pastimes of Mahaprabhu. And after entering the pastimes of Mahaprabhu, then entry into the pastimes of Krsna will be possible.
So one should first understand Sri Manah Siksa, Upadesamrta, after that Sanatana siksa, then Rupa siksa, and then the dialogue with Raya Ramananda and then Mahaprabhu’s pastimes during the Ratha yatra and after completing all these, knowing the philosophical principles [tattva]. This is called 'knowledge'.[Understand that] there is no realisation yet. To realise this, you should engage in bhajana following the path of raganuga bhakti, the way that Mahaprabhu instructed Sri Rupa Gosvami. As per Mahaprabhu’s teachings, Rupa Gosvami manifested Bhakti Rasamrta Sindhu and Ujjvala Nilamani [to elucidate Raga-Marga-bhakti] Only after that [meditate on] Krsna-lila. It is very, very far away! That is why, those who do not follow this preliminary process and instead, directly try to meditate on the pastimes of Krsna, are simply presumptuous [prematurely trying to enter, chasing false hopes] This is why Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu imparted all these teachings to us through His associates. 24th March, 1993 (probably Mathura, hindi).
